What is most essential, is the least substantial.🤯

Autumn (and the metal element) connect us to the value of things without attachment to their material form.⁣

If our Metal Element is too excess, and our attitude focuses too firmly on what EGO values, we must defend and covet it no matter what the consequences to anyone or anything are, including ourselves. We can become stingy, sharp, stagnant, defensive, curt, cutting, cold, uncaring, miserly.⁣

If our Metal Element is too deficient, and we believe nothing of value can be truly attained or held onto in life, then we become lost, depressed, ambivalent, detached. ⁣

Autumn is about inhaling (𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵/𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩/𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦) and exhaling (𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘰 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘨𝘰/𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧/𝘮𝘦).⁣

This dynamic can bring Perspective if we have a choice or Grief/Longing if we do not.
